HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL EVENT COLLAGE SHEET SET GIVEAWAY

For the carnival event, I have designed 12 new carnival-themed collage sheets and 3 companion digital file sets.  The sheets are packed with all kinds of fun and spooky goodies and characters to create carnival booths, games and rides.

To get the fun started I’m giving away 2 sets!   The collage sheets and digital file sets will not be available at Alpha Stamps until the event officially kicks off on September 5th.

The two winners will have their choice of:
Receiving the 12 sheets printed via the mail.
OR
Receiving the 12 sheets as PNG formatted files via email
OR
Downloading 3 Digital File Sets which contain all of the images on the collage sheets plus 13 additional images.  Digital files can be resized, rotated or flipped as needed. The files are in.png format. PNG format files have a transparent background so are easy to layer over other digital images.  You can open .png files using most image management programs like Photoshop ElementsDigital collage sheets and digital images can be saved to your computer and printed as many times as you wish — for your own use only, not for sharing or reselling.

To enter the drawing just comment on this post or email me using the email button in the right-hand column of the blog.  Random.org will select the two winners on Wednesday, September 4th.

PLEASE BE SURE I HAVE A WAY TO CONTACT YOU IF YOU WIN

Arabian Nights ATC Shrine

This is the last of the Arabian Nights pieces.  The base of the shrine is made from an ATC Hutch Shrine Kit.

The image of the woman and one of the lanterns are from my Rock the Kasbah Collage Sheet.  The other lanterns are from my Midnight at the Oasis Collage Sheet.  The lanterns are not really hanging but attached to the back of the shrine using a few layers of double-stick tape.  The wires attached to the lanterns extend high enough behind the onion dome top that you can’t see that they are not connected to anything.

Arabian Nights Triptych

Lovely ladies are dancing the night away in this piece.  To create the general scene I used a collage sheet called “Deco Movie Palace”.  I layered it twice on lightweight chipboard plus adding other layers of the same image over the original layers using foam core tape to pop everything out.  This gave me lots of depth.  Of course, the ladies and lanterns are from my Midnight at the Oasis and Rock the Kasbah Collage Sheets.  The gold bits are buttons.  The top of the piece is made by turning curtain chipboard die-cuts on their side and adding an onion dome die-cut chipboard piece to tie them together.

Beach Babes Sand Castle Book

Filled with 1920's women frolicking in the sun.

I started by first painting the castles red.
Next, I dry brushed the castles with blue and yellow paint.
I added cheese cloth died with alcohol inks.
Lastly before adding the images I added different colored mini pebbles and flakes.
